Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Returns will have a restocking fee applied to them for the amount we paid to ship you the item. Customer pays return shipping back to us. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with nothing missing. You must also get a return authorization from our team. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Mesh heads that have already been installed and played, software of any kind, custom user kits for drum modules. Custom one of a kind special orders. If you have any questions let us know.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where the restocking fee might be higher. Returns with obvious signs of use or wear ( scratches, blemishes, damage )
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping
To return your product, you should ship your product to: 318 Nancy Lynn Lane, Suite 7. Knoxville TN 37919 - Please contact us before you return an item so we can set up your exchange or return. Items sent without this authorization will be refused. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds if applicable will be issued once gear has been inspected. Allow 7-10 for refunds to show in your account. Banks may vary in this regard.
